We are very excited to announce Sparkle’s 7 Days of Kindness! A week of various acts of kindness by Sparkle Norwich, in support of Mental Health Awareness Week 2019.
Emily Gibbs, Owner of Sparkle Norwich
“Mental Health Awareness Week does a fabulous job in reminding people to take the time to think and talk about mental health; to be aware of not only your own wellbeing but also that of those around you and how you can help and get help yourself. Whether it’s struggling in social situations, getting stressed, or feeling a bit down, most people will experience trouble with their mental health in one form or another, whether they show it or they manage to put on a smile on the outside through the tough times. The most important thing is to realise that it is completely normal and that there are lots of different ways to help with the situation. This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are showing our support for better mental health with Sparkle’s 7 Days of Kindness. With a different focus each day of the week, we are offering our time and services, fundraising, donating, and getting the community involved in acts of kindness around the theme of better mental health. We hope to raise awareness amongst our clients, friends and local community”
Keep your eyes peeled for how to get involves in our 7 Days of Kindness in support of Mental Health Awareness Week.
