Established in 2018, Sparkle Norwich Ltd are a small team of award-winning professionals dedicated to making your home Sparkle. We build a relationship with our clients to understand their needs, ensuring they can relax with the confidence that their housekeeping is managed with perfection.

As the leading provider of domestic services in Norfolk, we take pride in maintaining the highest standards at all times. Our Client Services Manager looks after your bespoke cleaning plan and dedicated cleaner meaning your property is in the best possible hands. All of our team members are fully insured, DBS checked and enrolled in our ongoing training scheme. We are also proud members of the Domestic Cleaning Business Network, ensuring our knowledge and practices are always up to date with the latest industry guidance.

Unlike large commercial firms, our domestic-specialised team works across a wide range of homes and have perfected the techniques and knowledge required to make each and every home Sparkle. As domestic cleaning specialists we understand that you not only want your home cleaned, disinfected and sanitised, but also feeling and smelling fresh too.

WE'RE HERE TO HELP
  • I'm not sure which type of service I need, can you help?

    We certainly can. All of our services are bespoke and designed around your needs. It's usually best to start with a Spring Clean before beginning a weekly, fortnightly or monthly service. Our Client Services Manager will then help to create your bespoke cleaning plan for regular cleans.

  • Who will my housekeeper be?

    Each of our team members are professional, friendly, experienced, and trained with the Sparkle touch. You will have your own dedicated housekeeper, so you don't have to worry about having someone unfamiliar at each clean. Each team member goes through our interviewing and refrencing process, is DBS checked, trained to our high standards and recieves regular spot checks and ongoing training.

  • Where are you based?

    Our office is based in Postwick, our staff hub is at Riverside, and we travel all over Norwich and beyond! 

  • Do you provide the cleaning products, or me?

    We use all of our own tried and tested products and bring these with us each time. The only thing you will need to provide is the hoover for hygeine reasons.

  • When will my clean/housekeeping visit be?

    We operate Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm. You will be allocated either a half hour arrival slot so you know when to expect your housekeeper.

  • Do I need to be there when my housekeeper comes?

    Not if you don't want to be, but if you are we can work around you. Some of our clients have a key safe attached to a wall outside or we are happy to keep hold of a key, we'll just need you to sign one of our Key Holding forms.

  • What happens if I'm unhappy with my clean?

    We do our best to ensure the highest standards at all times, but if you have any issues with your clean please let us know within 24 hours. We will send a team member to correct the issue and ask that you are present to verify you're happy with the correction. 

  • Are you insured?

    Yes we are. Our insurance covers all of the services provided by each of our team members. Please feel free to ask for a copy of our Insurance Certificate for your peace of mind.

  • How do I pay?

    All payments are processed automatically using Stripe. You enter your details when you first join us, and then payment is taken automatically on the day of each clean for regular cleans and holiday lets, or 50% upon booking and 50% on the day for one-off cleans.

  • What happens if I want to cancel?

    Not a problem! Sometimes things come up, and you don't need to worry about being tied down with us. All cancelations must be made prior to 9am the day before your clean day to avoid a charge. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly client? You're not stuck in any lengthy contracts with us - you're free to cancel whenever you wish, in line with our 9am cancellation policy.
